I will need to add seaweed and tofu to the broth?** A: This is just for the broth. You can add a lot of different vegetables. Seaweed is the best but I love fresh baby spinach and chopped green onions in mine. **Q: does it need to be refridgerated?** A: I don't know if it "needs" to be refrigerated after opening. The packaging does say from when I looked. But I do/would. **Q: Can this be used to marinate fish?** A: I've never used it for that, but I don't see a reason why it couldn't.
