Within just 4 days of using it, the machine clogged and stopped working. I had to clean it extensively to get it running again, only for the same issue to reoccur. Thinking it might be the oil I was using (Vine Vida), I decided to order the recommended JCLOUD brand oil. Unfortunately, this didn’t solve the problem. The machine still clogs just as quickly, making it practically useless. To make matters worse, even the replacement unit they sent had the exact same issue. It’s clear that this is a design flaw, not a one-off defect. For a product marketed as “premium,” this level of maintenance and unreliability is unacceptable. Save your money and look for a more reliable alternative.
