Helmet quality is good. But the piece I received was defective.
#FraudAmazon #amazonindia I received a defective product for a pre paid item. After delivery I saw the product was defective. I raised request for return and the Amazon agent collected the product from my home. As usual he did not have any receiving when he took the product back. In the evening it was updated on the Amazon that return pickup failed/ rejected. I called amazon customer care but they told me to wait for 14 days as they will set an enquiry. After 14 days they are saying they don't where the product is and can't refund the amount. I suffered a loss of Rs 3999.

Item malfunctioned after 3 weeks of delivery
I had put good ratings earlier for this helmet. However since last 3 to 4 days the bluetooth helmet started malfunctioning. Bluetooth comes on, however switches off automatically frequently, within 30 seconds to 2 minutes after switching on. Even after keeping google maps and flasher lights on, the blutooth disconnects automatically and switches off after 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Sometimes it works properly, sometimes it doesn't !! Check the return policy of this item, as return courier cost customer has to bear, Steelbird does not bear it. !! Quite frustrating !!

Not upto the mark product
Pros - NoneCons -1. Bluetooth automatically disconnects2. Visor is not even water repellant.3. Rain water comes inside the helmet from visor's top post locking it.4. Inside cushions can't be removed for washing.5. Air ventilators doesn't work properly and fog appears as soon as you lock the visor.6. Wasn't expecting this kind of low quality product from Steelbird.

Qualiy of helmet is good.But blootooth speaker is in detached condition.Item not pickup for return on the scheduled date.

very good... though there were minor scratches on the edges but over all good product... speakers are fine and mic is so perfect... calling experience is very good 🤙🏻🤙🏻

Everything is so perfect fitting cushioning is soo good helmet is so good but sound quality is ok but need more good quality speakers mic is superb
