This is for natural wood. **Q: Can i use Patina on my parquet varnished wooden hall floor** A: Patina brings out the grain of the wood on untreated wood. If your floor has varnish on the patina won’t have any effect as the varnish acts as a barrier. **Q: Hi will this withstand hot drinks and plates on a table** A: Patina will only have limited resistance to hot items placed upon it. There will always be a temperature at which the product will be adversely marked when subject to direct heat. **Q: Would this be any good on mdf?** A: That depends on what you mean by "any good". It will provide a fairly tough coating, but its translucent you'd still see the rather boring MDF through it. The item arrived as promised. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Patina is a good interior finish *by P***S on 24 November 2024* This product gives a good hard finish with a satin finish. Used internally on hard wood brings out the grain and leaves a nice finish. It is easy to use straight from the tin either with a lint free cloth or brush. Used it on many things and it really makes oak hand rails and doors stand out plus it is hard wearing.
