I ordered 5 rain lily bulbs, at $13.95, ($2.79 each)). When package arrived, on of the bulbs was very soft, as if it were rotten. So these lilies ended up costing 3.49 each, which is very expensive. There is no provision for requesting a replacement of the one bulb, which is what I would like to do.
