For a regular toothpaste, that's okay for what it says it would do not really up to par
The taste is okay, not bad at all, the toothpaste quality eh, it's okay, it doesn't do much better than any other toothpaste.I've used. It doesn't do much for sensitivity to teeth or gums. Didn't notice any whitening effects with this.

Your mouth will think you!
This is the best toothpaste out there. I used to brush my teeth 4 or 5 times a day. WIth this toothpaste, I only brush twice a day and my mouth feels CLEAN! I've noticed that my teeth have less coffee stains, too. Win-win.

Doesn't whitening teeth
I gave this toothpaste a 3 because this toothpaste appears to help my sensitive teeth. But I bought it for whitening my teeth. I have almost used the whole tube and my teeth are no whiter and I'm not a smoker or coffee drinker.

It’s okay. It isn’t minty and it feels like you’re brushing with baking soda. Not a huge fan but will use it because I have it. Definitely doesn’t do what they said it would.
