I bought these for my husband who needs back stretches. We've had them for 6 months now and we both use them regularly. They still look like new, and have not lost any firmness or shape. Of the three sizes, we use the medium the most, then the large size. I love the stretching it gives us and works well to relieve pain, tightness, and the little catches in your back. I have not compared similar products, but these are excellent for their intended purpose.

They work fine, but they are a bit on the narrow side. They're stable enough when using them, but you'll be wriggling your shoulders and realizing they aren't quite getting enough of the back. They would be better if they were an inch or two wider.

Absolutely love these-we use them almost every day to crack our backs. Love having the different sizes-they get at different areas. Very sturdy, and I love that they nest for easy storage.

First time using one after L5S1 spinal surgery. After 8 years, my spine finally popped. Felt amazing.

They work alright, but I actually find the smaller ones work way better than the large one. I find that using the large one doesn’t do much other than make blood rush to my head and give me a headache. I find foam rollers to be far more useful.

I got the wheels due to the cheaper price than the Chirp wheels. They work great and I get some fantastic pops and cracks out of my back with the small diameter wheel. The largest wheel provides some great stretching for the hard to reach spots in your back. I would highly recommend these

I have had on and off lower back pain for 15 years, and a few years ago was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease. This has been a game changer for me. I get really good cracks in using this and my range of motion with my back has increased. Flares with severe back pain and needing steroids/muscle relaxers or needing a back brace have decreased with me using this product regularly. Very happy with this product.
