It’s exactly what you asked for however, due to the low calorie/ 0 calorie content it contains a huge amount of laxitive which has an impact on your bowels after a bit. Zero calories means you can add a splash to something healthy like my fave, low fat Cottage Cheese or Natural Yogurt and make them taste almost like a desert.They do taste a little artificial and not quite there, but they are better than nothing, obviously you pay through the nose for this kind of product, a full fat/full Sugar version would be around a Pound, healthy costs though.
