This is a very good quality protein powder. I had a protein smoothie at mylocal gym with the peanut butter version of this and it was amazing! I likedthe fact that it had no additives or sugars and no artificial sugar either. I decidedto buy the vanilla flavor since I would use it more often in oatmeal, maybe coffee(which i tried-not a fan!) and of course smoothies. In the oatmeal for some reason thispowder tasted like it had fake sugar in it. I find it works and tastes best in a smoothie!!If you use it in a smoothie, helpful tip when blending other ingredients, put the proteinpowder in last after you've blended the other ingredients so that it doesn't froth up.

He can be a picky eater and he gets sick of things easily. With a limited diet, that makes life difficult. This protein powder tastes great and has helped him gain weight and kept him healthy. He has been using it for about 8 months.
