I recently tore my lateral ligament in my ankle and was confined to a walking boot for 5 months. Having horses, and a generally outdoorsy life, you can imagine how bad a walking boot would look, trust me, it gets BAD. Walking boots from the ortho doctor are SUPER expensive and I immediately started to look for something to prolong the life of the one I had just paid an arm and a leg for. I ordered this, and can't be any more pleased. It is made of silky stretchy fabric that shavings, dirt, dust, hay, and other debris have a hard time clinging too. I can clean stalls, feed, lunge horses in the round pen full of sand and protect my very expensive boot and not get any sand or anything else in the toe opening. The bottom of this cover is open for walking and gripping so the bottom of the walking boot is still exposed. At the end of the day, I just dropped it in the washing machine on gentle cycle and hung up to dry after and it came out looking brand new every time. I must have washed this thing just about everyday for the past 3/4 months and it is holding up like a champ, even the Velcro inserts that stick to the boot are doing wonderfully. Just recently I have noticed some slight staining around the toe, but that is more my fault as i don't do any stain prep before washing, just throw in washing machine and hope for the best. Walking in mud, sand, horse pee and poop for the past few months have FINALLY just started to show.As far as print and color, this is very flashy. Certainly a "look at me" which is what i was going for. I recently wore it to the Dixie Nationals Rodeo in Mississippi and was stopped so many times by other horse people. Everyone wanted to know about first, how i hurt myself and the second, where did I get that cover! Any sport or horseman person knows injuries come with the territory, might as well flaunt them when you have them and this protects your investment while looking great. I even said I should buy a ton and set up a booth at the next rodeo cause of all the interest that was received with this cover. So if yall are looking for a rep, keep that in mind lol Or a marketing tool, set up a booth at the local rodeo or sports regional and see how that goes!

This has been great! The Velcro on my boot was shredding the sheets and making any movement in bed difficult. The cover is slippery and solved that problem immediately! Also made it easier to slip wide-legged pants on and off. This would be 5 stars except that the zipper doesn’t lock at the top, so I have to check it every so often and zip it back up a few inches. Still overall extremely glad I got this!

I love this thing . I have been in this walking boot since July and since I figured I'll be in this for a long time I might as well decorate . First I decorated my boot first with pink camo duct tape then I added this . I constantly get cute remarks about it . It's just made my recovery less boring . Just added crutch buddies for my crutches yes pink too and love them . Got to get both of ur going to be down and out for awhile . Another 6 weeks for me .

Worked amazing on my air cast boot and it was stylish to. It stayed in place secured with the velcro that came with it.

Seems ok, but I thought there was a bottom to this and there isn't. I have no idea what the point of it is.

I love these products - I have 2. If you're stuck wearing a fracture boot for any length of time, why not have fun with it? And on the practical side, the covers protect your boot in rainy weather. People I run into LOVE my boot covers and ask me where I got them and tell me how awesome they are.

Very cute, keeps the dirt out, and very flexible. Within two weeks I had holes that developed in the toe so the toe and heel area should be reinforced for a longer lasting material that won't get holes as easily.

Cute, gets lots of compliments! I'm in a walking boot for a fractured foot for the next month, and figured I may as well have some fun with it. It's also nice that it keeps the boot clean, and the velcro straps from getting snagged on anything. I'm very happy with this purchase.
