Cons: Just literally the price to be honest. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ High spec adapter, but way more than most people need. *by �***� on 21 November 2024* As you would expect from Cable Matters the build quality on this adapter is pretty good and the specs are way ahead of what most people currently need. So, if you are looking at this, then you are most probably thinking about future proofing your set-up. I have TB4 on both my desktop and laptop, but I cannot get close to those figures due to my current screen technology. However, it does offer some great flexibility in me being able to connect either my laptop, Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra or S24 Ultra to either of 4K or 2K monitors. Simply by plugging this into one of the spare DP 8K cables I have plugged into each. It does also mean that as and when I upgrade my monitors, I’m not going to have to worry about changing this adapter. I will say though, that the spec on this adapter is way more than most people are ever going to need. That is unless me have some major advancement in technology.
