Free delivery on eligible orders of £20 or more. ## Features - Some chimneys narrow to a gap a firm wool pad can't reach, then open into a wider flue behind it. The Chimney Balloon inflates to fill that awkward shape and seal the draught where a rigid pad won't sit. - Push it up the flue, inflate it through the mouth tube or pump, and it seals the gap in under a minute. No tools, no fixings, nothing screwed into the brick. When you want a fire, deflate it and lift it out in seconds. - Measure the opening first, the right size is what seals it and the wrong size is the usual return. This size fits the openings listed, and the Large suits smooth-sided brick flues that a felt pad slides down. - It holds by inflation alone and comes straight back out, so it goes up each autumn and down each spring, year after year. Pop the reminder card in the grate so nobody lights a fire underneath it. - The original inflatable chimney draught excluder, invented in 1989 and still made in a Watford workshop by adults with disabilities from UK parts. A reusable way to cut heat loss, and 10% of profit goes to Buy Land Plant Trees CIC. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01M99BJTK | | Best Sellers Rank | 11,548 in DIY & Tools ( See Top 100 in DIY & Tools ) 46 in Fireplace Accessories | | Brand Name | THE CHIMNEY BALLOON | | Colour | Clear | | Country Of Origin | United Kingdom | | Customer Reviews | 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars (378) | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00640522975204 | | Included Components | Chimney Balloon Small (9" x 15" - 38x23cm) with Mouth Inflation Tube | | Item Highlight | Inflatable Flue Seal, No Tools or Fixings, Mouth Tube Included, Deflates and Lifts Out in Seconds, Made in the UK | | Item Type Name | Chimney Draught Excluder | | Manufacturer | Chimney Sheep | | Manufacturer Part Number | CBMS | | Material Type | Plastic | | Maximum Gap Fill | 15 Inches | | Model Number | K9O-GH2-98G | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | UPC | 640522975204 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** THE CHIMNEY BALLOON - **Colour:** Clear - **Material:** Plastic - **Maximum gap fill:** 15 Inches - **Number of Packs:** 1 ## Images ![– Chimney Balloon Small 15 x 9 Inch Inflatable Draught Excluder - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/417awJHgipL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - 15 x 9 inch Chimney Balloon Chimney Draught Excluder + FREE mouth inflation tube - Original and Best, Made in the UK NEW AND IMPROVED! - 14 x 24 inch Chimney Balloon Chimney Draught Excluder + FREE mouth inflation tube - NEW IMPROVED DESIGN, Made in the UK - 14 x 38 inch Chimney Balloon Chimney Draught Excluder + FREE mouth inflation tube - NEW AND IMPROVED Made in the UK --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fi/products/69388046-chimney-balloon-small-15-x-9-inch-inflatable-draught-excluder](https://www.desertcart.fi/products/69388046-chimney-balloon-small-15-x-9-inch-inflatable-draught-excluder) --- *Product available on Desertcart Finland* *Store origin: FI* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
