I wouldn’t have known. I was using a zip tie to cover the gap where the base is to the stand if that makes any sense. I bent it a little more than slightly. Now, as in regards to range, the ubiquiti APs antenna radiates WiFi in a circular donut shape, so these WOULD be intended for being ceiling mounted... if you want best coverage in a single story home... If you have a 2 story home, well then a middle AP one would be wall mounted OR on this stand, and an AP on each floor ceiling mounted. But I have a one story home and if they creators can just make these holders that make this like a 90 degree type thing. It’s hard to describe actually. I ended up returning it and will do some other type of jerry rigging ## Frequently Bought Together - POPMAS Metal Desktop Stand Holder Bracket Mount Compatible for UniFi Networks UAP-AC-PRO-US & UniFi UAP-AC-PRO&UAP-AC-PRO-E-US (U6 and U7 Pro Can't be Used) - UBIQUITI POE Injector, 802.3AT, 30W of PoE+ Power, Suitable For U6 AP U6-LR, U6-LITE & U6-PRO - Ubiquiti U6+ Dual Band IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax 3 Gbit/s Wireless Access Point --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fi/products/696081490-metal-desktop-stand-plate-holder-bracket-mount-compatible-for-uap](https://www.desertcart.fi/products/696081490-metal-desktop-stand-plate-holder-bracket-mount-compatible-for-uap) --- *Product available on Desertcart Finland* *Store origin: FI* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
