The dispenser automatically releases fabric softener during the rinsing process. Use one capsule per charge for optimal results. Review: Solved our fabric softener problem - Fabric softener tray in washing machine stopped working. Tried all the usual remedies - without success. I suspect low water pressure resulting from the hot summer. Ordered these as a last chance - and they work. Done reviews say they break - but if handled with care this should not happen. Just put softener in - pull plug gently to seal the ball and drop into the wash - bingo. And they arrived as planned. Value for money? The alternative of no softener or engineer to fix the problem? Good value! Review: Really good product - Really good for dispensing fabric conditioner. Works every time. Highly recommend ## Features - Makes the softness easy. - Designed for use in traditional top loader washing machines - Makes softness simple. - Dispenses automatically during the rinse cycle. - Easy to pour, easy to measure, easy to clean. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B000VA2VV0 | | Brand | Downy | | Brand Name | Downy | | Country of Origin | USA | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 50,980 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00037000357162, 00037000800293 | | Item Form | Ball | | Item Weight | 0.18 Pounds | | Item form | Ball | | Manufacturer | Downy | | Material Features | Not compatible with HE | | Material feature | Not compatible with HE | | Model Number | thomaswi | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of items | 1 | | Part Number | 3700080029 | | Scent | Fresh or Clean Linen | | UPC | 686696626825 037000357162 757183873425 593159280831 806149254546 885805955515 757183918379 885555678634 037000800293 746122846156 737508628213 885623386577 687748652649 885597033439 593159202604 784922484987 | | Unit Count | 1 count | | Unit count | 1 count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Downy - **Global Trade Identification Number:** 00037000357162, 00037000800293 - **Item form:** Ball - **Item weight:** 0.01 Ounces - **Material feature:** Not HE Compatible - **Number of items:** 1 - **Product benefits:** Convenient to use - **Scent:** Fresh or Clean Linen - **Unit count:** 1 count ## Images ![Automatic dispenser by - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71Felww+NeL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Item Package Quantity** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Do you need to remove this before the machine moves on to a dry cycle, or is it safe to leave in there?** A: No more waiting for the rinse cycle.
