I would recommend making sure you leave enough time for it to dry before getting into the car OR spray the hair when you get to where you’re going. I sprayed my 2yos hair when we got to the trunk-or-treat and when it dried there was no transfer of the blue to anything. Then it was easy to wash out, and my toddler has platinum blonde hair. It did get in my face when spraying and I just took a makeup wipe and it wiped right off. Also took a shower after 6 hours of it in my hair and it totally washed right out. No issues.
