I have always ordered on the Remedy website but decided to order through Amazon to make it a little easier. My first order never arrived after two weeks and appeared lost in tracking, so I cancelled and requested a refund. I thought it was just an isolated incident, so I again ordered through Amazon. Again it is lost or stuck somewhere..... tracking says Jacksonville. It's been a couple of weeks. So I ordered directly through the Remedy website and will be doing that for any future orders.
