Love it! So cute and fits well because it is all open and you put it on like a backwards coat. Arms through the straps and ties in the back. Unexpected but pleasant discovery. Fabric is soft and see through. I like the cute straps over the chest.

It is soft lace, stretchy and surprisingly comfortable to wear. I love the blue color too. Most everything is black or red it's nice to have something cute not a pain to wear and beautiful color.
