I ended up purchasing both the 24 x 24 and the 26 x 26 inserts for my 22 x 22 pillow cover. The photos I’ve included are simply for reference, allowing you to see the differences with the same exact cover. The 26 x 26 insert creates a slightly more rigid and fuller look, as it is thicker. On the other hand, the 24 x 24 insert has a more relaxed, slouchy appearance. Both inserts do a great job, but the 26 x 26 insert fills the pillow out more effectively. Ultimately, you can't go wrong with either size; it just depends on the aesthetic you’re aiming for—whether you prefer a fuller look or a more casual, relaxed vibe. Both have a great chop.
