We were actually missing 4 screws to one of the longer benches and customer service (Helen) was great to work with. Parts arrived and we were able to finish the set. We have had many nice compliments on the dinette and we find it very sturdy and comfortable for up to 6 people for dinner and we play cards at it as well. If you are considering this set as an option for your home, I would say go for it, especially if you are in need of a table for a small area, this is it! Definitely pleased with our purchase, and the price was very reasonable!
