I brew my cold brew coffee in a very large jar with a filtered bag using a 1:8 ratio of coffee grounds to water for about 16 hours at room temperature. I had no issues with the coffee grounds leaking through the bag or creating any sludge so the grind is great on this. I've noticed other reviewers complaining about the inconsistent grind so I will update this if I experience that with future purchases. Taste came out fine as well. I drink it straight black at the 1:8 ratio and I like it. It doesn't blow me away but it's perfectly acceptable and delivers a smooth and enjoyable taste. I'm sure most people would prefer to add cream, milk or sugar to their drink which will further enhance the flavor but just note that even the straight black result is still enjoyable. I was more than satisfied with my first experience with this ground coffee and I'll be purchasing it again in the future. I'll update my review if I encounter any issues with future purchases but for now, I highly recommend trying this ground coffee if you're looking for an affordable option.

Purchased this brand of coarse ground coffee for cold brew due to the affordable price and while I tempered my expectations a bit, it absolutely delivers on the end result. I brew my cold brew coffee in a very large jar with a filtered bag using a 1:8 ratio of coffee grounds to water for about 16 hours at room temperature. I had no issues with the coffee grounds leaking through the bag or creating any sludge so the grind is great on this. I've noticed other reviewers complaining about the inconsistent grind so I will update this if I experience that with future purchases. Taste came out fine as well. Still on my first bag taste great does a great job for cold brew. I love cold brew I don’t think I’ll ever go back to hot coffee maybe in the winter but yes, this is very good. Buy again. We’ll buy again.
