I bought a Vitamix back in the 70s; it lasted for 40 plus years; I used it daily. I just recently upgraded to the Ascent V. I couldn't be more pleased. The versatile programs for preparing a variety of tasty concoctions are simple to do. The directions and symbols are uncomplicated. It is so easy to clean! In just a couple of minutes, it is ready to use again. It blends food beautifully .. great smoothies, soups, and dips..etc. I did buy the Stainless Steel container to use with it as I prefer using SS. I love it also. It is important to make sure if you buy the SS container that you get the one compatible for the Ascent V. This is one powerful and easy to use appliance. Don't balk at the price. This machine has already paid for itself. And you can choose a payment plan to pay it off without interest through Amazon. The Ascent V Vitamix is an investment in my health. And I Am Worth It!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfection (Home Cooks, Prep Cooks, Sauciers) *by on Reviewed in the United States 8 August 2026* What do you want me to say? I use this everyday and have for almost a year now! It still works! It’s still great. It’s still my goto for all prep jobs. Smoothies, soups, ice cream, I’ve done it all with this and it is still running like the first day! Its powers through ice and raw carrots alike. Yes! It can be about as loud as a coffee grinder! But when your loved ones hear it, they know something great is about to happen. Slide this anywhere on your kitchen counter. Be careful not to place this under you cabinets unless they are higher because this tool is tall. Do we talk about the cleaning? All you have to do is press the button. I never trust self cleaning things, but this one, flawless every single time!If you were looking for a sign that told you to buy this… here’s your sign! Buy this NOW! It’s the perfect fit for you! ## Frequently Bought Together - Vitamix Ascent X5 Blender, Professional-Grade, 10 Preset Blending Programs, 48-ounce Container, Self-Cleaning, Brushed Stainless - Silicone Blender Spatula, Slim Blade Scraper Accessory Designed for Vitamix Blender Blades1 - Vitamix Blade Scraper Accessory, 1 Count (Pack of 1), Grey,Nylon --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fi/products/746625414-ascent-x5-blender-professional-grade-10-preset-mixing-programs-40](https://www.desertcart.fi/products/746625414-ascent-x5-blender-professional-grade-10-preset-mixing-programs-40) --- *Product available on Desertcart Finland* *Store origin: FI* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
