LG G3 D850 D851 D855 VS985 LCD Display Touch Digitizer Screen Assembly Black Replacement Part

In all aspects it performs as an OEM screen should, I installed this a few days ago, nothing wrong yet. If you go looking at the knockoffs, you will find that you are sacrificing some minor aspects such as the LG logo as well as the ability to use the knock code, neither of which are sacrifices you make if you choose to purchase this specific product from this distributer.Also, I ordered using express shipping, and there was no delay from the distributor/manufacturer, so if your phone screen is completely trashed and won't register touch anymore and you don't have any replacement or backup phone, then this distributer should ship on time so no need to twiddle your thumbs beyond the advertised date.

I bought this screen after I shattered the stock screen with a 3 foot drop.The screen came in a nice package that was well protected. After getting the screen installed and pulling it back off due to a bad tape job (my fault not the screens fault) I got it all installed and working.The screen is bright and vibrant and I honestly can only tell a small difference from this screen and the stock one and that is that I have to touch this one a little harder than my stock screen which could be caused by the screen protector I installed.All in all this screen is great and I will buy it again next time I break my screen.

I knocked one star off bc it was 4 days late.. The repair was for my wife's phone, so you see why that's an issue.It's as oem as it gets. It hooked up fine and seems to do everything it's supposed to. But this is why it works like its supposed to. After reading some of the reviews, I came to the conclusion that the tap to unlock will be lost. During the dry fit I tried and tried, but couldn't get the tap to unlock to work. I done a little pondering and inspecting of my phone, (LG g3 also) and noticed the replacement screen is darker in the area of the ir and prox sensors. So I VERY CAREFULLY scraped the "paint" out of the 2 holes on the back side of the screen that line up with those sensors. Once it all was put together, everything worked like normal. The seller was courteous and quick to respond to my issues and to agree to a product return. However, this screen is no good. Like multiple other reviewers stated, the install goes fine but there are issues with touch response working. The screen doesn't usually respond to touch once it powers on, you have to do a strange double tap of the power button on the back after the screen has turned on if you want it to respond to touch. The screen also gets covered in fingerprints much faster than any original phone screen I have used. Search for other resellers on the web, don't buy this.

Overall seems to be a good replacement screen, pixels are slightly off. Screen is unresponsive at times and has dead spots.

Gotta admit that I was skeptical about the overall quality, fit and finish of the product given some of the previous reviews I've read. I'm happy to announce that this ended up being an excellent purchase that exceeded my expectations. Screen looks and performs exactly as the factory screen did. The only thing that was a little off for me was the gray bar on the bottom instead of "black." Maybe the web image could be updated to show how light that bottom trim actually is. It appears to follow the look of the Sprint G3. Not a deal breaker by any means, just not entirely accurate.Packaging was pretty much indestructable. It was wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed inside another heavy duty air pack.

This screen is okay. The bezel is a few pixels thicker than on the one originally installed, so when you replace it with this one there are a few pixels covered on each side (not really noticeable except in the top notification bar and in some apps). The touch screen only seems to work after being unlocked twice (you can press the power button to see the lock screen, but it doesn't respond to the touch until you let the screen dim out. After that you have to tap it a few times to get it to unlock). Once you have it unlocked the screen works great, but it's very inconvenient as it's impossible to answer calls and quite frustrating to get open in the first place.

installation was not too hard (You tube videos served as guide). Touch capability is perfect, and image quality is as good as original.Don't bother trying to save a few dollars by only changing the glass: it is SO much easier to just connect this entire assembly. And it works great.

I'd written this phone off after cracking the original screen. Bought a new phone and then thought "what do I have to lose?" I ordered a screen from this seller with an expected arrival date of early June. It arrived in a week. Worth a couple stars already. The item was very well packaged and included a basic set of repair tools (screwdriver, suction cup, guitar pick and spudger). Mine came in the exact style of my original -- grey with only the LG logo. Slightly different look and stamping on the back so I wasn't completely sure it was original.Followed the instructions on ifixit to disassemble and then reassemble the phone. Just finished the reassembly a moment ago and it powered right up, screen lit and everything seems in working order. Touch accuracy is as good as android ever is, brightness, color and sharpness all look perfect. So, 5 stars. What's not to love? I'll re-review if the performance changes in coming days/weeks/months.Happy customer.

Currently writing this review on the screen, and it's working great. Seems to be just as good as the factory screen, colours, accuracy, brightness, and touch accuracy work exactly as they did before.It was easy enough to replace (took me about 20 minutes.) Following the excellent guide on ifixit, I had no trouble with the install at all.The screen came well packaged - plenty of bubble wrap and packing foam. I was also pleasantly surprised when it shipped with plastic pry tools and a few screwdrivers. It was delivered much faster than the estimated date (almost by 2 weeks).

Arrived in very safe shipping box. Installed easily. works as expected.

My screen came in with in a week and works perfectly its nice specialty since it came with tools to help out
