Bengay non-greasy cream
This cream is soothing and smells like menthol, but does little to relieve discomfort - in my case a knee. I can recommend it, but would say the benefits are limited.

Very Effective !
I had a lot of pain on my joints, lower back, shoulders and foot. I have tried several other pain relieve creams, and this one is the most effective one for me. My knee joints pain is 90% less now after just a week of the application, mostly once a day. I am using it for my back and shoulder pain now, and I am feeling so much better in the morning now, much less stiff and pain in those areas. I also use it for my muscle aches and it definitely works wonder. This one is really a god-send to me, I don't need those pain-killer medicine any more.
