The seller provided excellent customer service, when one of the most recent six cases had a slight problem with a loose connection where the charge cable attaches. It still worked, but the cable could disconnect un-noticed. They promptly sent a replacement unit, and it works well. First priority is to have a battery case that works well. Next priority is knowing the seller (manufacturer?) stands behinds their products 100% I would give six stars if I could.
