It is strawberry shortcake season here, and of course that means lots home made whipped cream. We experimented with using this natural strawberry extract in our heavy cream, and wow! It turned out very nice, especially since we do add powdered sugar to the cream, which seems to pull out more of the strawberry flavor. The 3 ounce size is perfect for our needs, and is priced well.
