Not the most fun video. I didn’t care really care for it,  but I’ll give 3 stars at least. Just not as much fun as I remember. In the 80s I went 3-4 times a week. I will do the workout again since it is something different and I wanted something dancy. Maybe better with my own music.

I did Jazzercise for many years and, at 40, I was in the best shape of my life. Great and fun program! Though I haven't been able to use any of the DVDs I purchased, I know they will be fun. So, I recommend this (these) fun exercise DVDs. Have fun while losing weight and getting in shape.
