Callebaut - 100% Pure Cocoa Powder 1kg

It's rich cocoa powder. Using it often for cakes or just make a hot cocoa with milk. Definitely good cocoa for good price.

I'm not a professional chef, but I get the impression that professionals use and are happy with Callebaut as a brand. I haven't used their other products, but this cocoa powder is perfect. In cakes and for making hot chocolate drinks, it works beautifully. Intense flavour, absolute consistency and no 'little extra' ingredients as filler.I've made cakes, ganache and chocolate & lime panna cotta using this product and they've all turned out well. No grittiness, no lumps, just a wonderful, smooth texture and an intense flavour.Worth every penny.

Delivery prompt. I have found this the best cocoa I have purchased. Mainly use it in hot chocolate drinks made with almond milk, it is smooth and creamy, not at all bitter or acidic. I love this product it's my special daily treat. Good value for money. I would definitely recommend

Vrai chocolat 100% Cacao à l'arome puissant, qui vous reste en bouche longtemps, assurément un produit de grande qualité...J'en bois l'équivalent d'une cuillère à soupe (5G) mélangée avec du lait 2/3 fois dans la journée.Je lui met 4/5 car 22 euros/kg ce n'est pas donné, mais si je note uniquement le goût, il vaut largement 5 étoiles.
