It fits almost perfectly- I say almost because when I button it up, it looks a little small (see second picture). One fit perfectly and so I ordered a second in a different color, the second one came 4 inches smaller then the 1st one while laying flat and looked size appropriate for a 8 year old child. It's really a gamble if you order as it *might* fit great or it *might* not. Seller claims its a "rare defect" However if you read through the reviews it's not truly a rare issue. I'd LOVE to have one in every color as they are super cute, however the seller doesn't do anything in regards to inventory quality control to insure the products they're sending off to be FBA are actually the size and dimensions listed.If you have the patience and time to take a gamble and don't mind the notion of having to return items in HOPE that you'll get the product in the size and dimensions they state then go for it. The baby yellow is a very bright springy lemon yellow. It's a nice quality fashion sweater/cardigan, nothing about it feels cheap, and I like the large scale buttons.
