Review: Great cream to get you through the winter - I am a Podiatrist, and as you can see from the photo Chilblains can get very painful. I always recommend this cream if patients do not want to go down the line of Calcium Channel Blockers from your GP. It’s not going to cure your chilblains, but it’s going to help you be a bit more comfortable during the winter months.
Review: Best health care product - Aches and pains soon disappear with the use of Balmosa. Rub it in, go to sleep and chances are you’ll feel better in the morning. Make sure you wash your hands after application as any rubbed accidentally in or near the eyes is quite painful.

A: sorry I cant answer your question re nuts.  It is excellent for chilblains though  why not contact your chemist

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good pain relief

An especially cold April brought back chilblains and this is the only product I'm aware of for this - gives relief from the itching pain. Pleased to see the 2 packs both had long shelf life dates too.
