Perfect solution and less expensive than purchasing the store guarantee that might or might-not be applicable. Love it. Easy to clean up after family gatherings and events. Nicely made. Very durable! It has a few places it was scuffed up. When it sticks to my wood it looks like theres air bubbles and watermarks, but other than that I like it. It should get the job done for protecting my table. So I am happy.
