UPDATED! Great Blanks, Great Customer Service
UPDATED: I am revising my original review where I panned the mugs. Based on that review the seller reached out to me to resolve my issue with their product. They very graciously offered to do what they could to figure out why my original order did not sublimate properly. I recently tried a second case of these mugs and can honestly say they are great. I've attached pictures of several of this seller's mugs that sublimated beautifully. The best thing about my experience is the customer service provided by this seller. My opinion has completely changed. I highly recommend these mugs and this seller.ORIGINAL : I bought these mugs to complete a custom order. However, they are not sublimation mugs as advertised. After processing they are still pristine white ceramic with no ink transfer whatsoever. Not only did I waste time, money and materials on these mugs, I failed to complete the order on time. My customer won't be back.

So worth it
I was not expecting these cup to turn out to well. The colors came out so vibrant. I only wished they came individually boxed.

Good value for a beginner
I am new at sublimating mugs and these are perfect to practice on. They didn't come the boxes for shipping and they are pretty plain in shape, but they are perfect for practicing and getting placement perfected.

Perfect in every way!
Perfect size, shape, quality coffee cup. Love these cups and will use them for all our decals in the future. We needed something high quality to use a new tenant gifts and these are exactly what we were looking for at a very good price. The bottom of the cup is blank so the decal maker can put their name on them to increase their business. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Great deal for price!
Bought these to use with Cricut infusable ink and they worked amazing!!! They are quite heavy though, but would recommend over and over again!!
