They work really well but there is some cramping that develops. Also made me feel a little nauseated.

This is the best item that I have found that helps keep things going without any side affects or cramping. I am on many medications and this works and is gentle on the system

Works gently and has 1mg less sodium that the OTCs. Basically Doc-Q-Lace without a RX. Must use for about 3-4 days for best results and LOTS OF WATER!

A common OTC medication. The price was much lower than retail pharmacies ranging from 30% to 50% less.
