I was fully expecting to have to return this due to it being too small, but I love the style of these button up shirt dresses, and with it being Prime, I figured I would take the chance on it.I am 5'10" and a 38C, my waist is about 36 inches. I ordered this in an XL and thought that it would probably be too short on me and too small in the waist and across the chest, but the cut and elasticized waist in this dress is surprisingly forgiving. It fits just right on me. The chest and arms fit well, there is no pulling or gapping in the buttons and there isn't any exposure of bra straps or the side of a bra in the arm hole area. The length is nice on me as well, it came down to about an inch above my knees.The only cons about this is the fabric, it is pretty thin and a tiny bit on the sheer side. But as long as you aren't wearing contrasting underclothes it shouldn't be an issue, or stick a slip under it and it will be just fine. The print is a bit iffy, but it was not misrepresented by the picture, it does look just like the close up photo that shows the details, so that was my overlook by not checking the other pictures available. The belt that comes with it is your usual run of the mill, cheapy belt. But if you don't have many belts and want to visually pull in your waist, then it is a nice addition.Overall I think the price could come down a few bucks. It was $20 when I purchased it and I'm OK with paying that since I am really happy with the fit of it. I don't think I would buy more though unless I catch one of the other colors on sale. If it was around $10-$15, I would pick up another color or two.UPDATE: 6/7/17 Part of me wants to knock a star off after I washed it, but I feel like that may be a mess up on my end. Especially for letting someone else do the laundry when there was a new item in it, not sure if it got washed on cold or warm. But it shrank. I technically can still wear it, it fits. But it really is too short for me to comfortably wear it out. It went from about an inch above my knee to like 3 inches, so it is a significant difference. Especially on me since I'm so tall. On someone more of an average height, this might not be a problem. Part of me wants to re-purchase in another color and make sure to handwash it or something since I do like the dress. But I don't want to drop more money on it if there is a chance of it shrinking again. Too bad I can't size up to account for shrinkage. So it's still a nice dress, but keep the shrinkage in mind and make absolutely sure to follow the care instructions.

SO I always read reviews to figure out sizing since I am a breasty, curvy woman. This is now the second time that I should not have. I'm not sure if maybe they fixed the sizing on the dress, but I went up a size since everyone was complaining how small it ran and it is WAY TOO BIG. I wear a size 12 pants, can be either a medium or large shirt, 36 DDD, XL was ridiculously large on me.I didn't feel like trying to return for the right size since I wanted to wear this the next day, so I washed it in hot water and put it on high heat in the dryer and I did get it to shirt a bit.Other than the sizing, which was no fault of the company, I love the dress. It's cute. The belt is super long. I will most likely buy a different print in the correct size.

I’ve bought and well loved a couple of these dresses. Only problem is they will shrink in the dryer :(

I must admit that this is the first dress that I've ever bought on Amazon. I am usually a little hesitant when it comes to shopping for Clothes online. I'm 5'2" - 115 lbs and US Size 2. I usually oscillate between the sizes Small and Extra Small and it is really hard for me to decide the size without trying on the dress.A year and a half ago, a friend of mine came across this dress and added it to my wish list. I really liked the look of this dress and I thought that I should give this a try and hence ordered a Extra Small one.It turned out to be a perfect fit and I ended up falling in love with this dress. I remember the fact that I ordered it during Christmas 2016. Despite it being holiday season, the dress arrived on time and in perfect condition.This dress is really cute and comfortable. Perfect length. Stops right above my knees. Perfect casual wear for the spring and summer. Goes with beige or brown sun hats and almost any sandals. This dress instantly became my go to dress for many casual outings during summer and has remained so till date.Even after numerous washes ( I always, prefer cold washes), the dress still remains perfectly fine.My most favorite part about this dress will always be the belt. It looks really adorable and I also use this belt to turn some of my husband's shirts into good shirt dresses for me. Please do note that this dress has no pockets.So yeah! I've been using this dress for more than 1.5 years now. There's Not a single complaint that I could think of. Extremely durable considering the price. Good for the wallet! So what are you waiting for? Go ahead and get it if you like it :)

This is my dad's account, and his daughter reviewing. I've never gotten any clothes off of Amazon before, and was too nervous to order anything myself. So I ended up with this dress as an Xmas present from my dad.For my size: I am 5'9", 190lbs, with a 32" waist and 40D bust. I was waiting to review this until I lost some weight I had gained last year (for the photos), but I love this dress so much I couldn't wait anymore! I got the size XL, and I easily could have gone with a Large.I don't know when my dad ordered it, so I don't know how fast shipping was, sorry. But it arrived neatly in its package, with no weird smell or excess wrinkles, and very vibrant in color and pattern. I tried it on immediately, and loved it.The seams are all very nice and finished, with no loose threads, and have stayed that way for the three months I've had this dress! And as someone who only keeps clothes that are comfy, I can say this is probably THE softest, lightest, and most forgiving dress I own. I've worn it about 14 times, and washed it several times (in cold water, on gentle). So far, no frays, loose threads, or pilling. And I dry it in my dryer (low heat), and have never had any problem with shrinking.I also really appreciate that when I bend over, my butt isn't showing!My one "issue" would be that the belt is a touch shorter than I would've liked, but it's still so cute and functional that it hasn't deterred me from using it with other outfits.

I love this dress! First of all, the cat print is so adorable, yet so subtle so people will be complimenting you on the dress from afar and when they see the print, they will love it even more! I personally love this dress too because it comes with a belt that fits perfectly with the dress, and also could add flare to other dresses you have. Also the material is great quality! I would totally recommend this!

I bought the XS Size and I always wear Size 8...I had to double check my measurements to match the Sizing chart. The dress fitted a I had expected, a little tight on the waist due to the elasticated waist, but I expected this. The shoulders sits well and length is just above knee, so again as expected. The quality of the belt was okay, not great, but I prefer the dress without the belt anyhow as that is my preference.If you are a Size 6 then this would fit with no problem also.Overall the cut and dress is very pretty, well made and what I've been looking for.

Very cute summer dress....nice soft material.

I love the pattern of this dress - little cats it is moderately large for me but I think my body shape is awkward and therefore the cause. the waistline is elasticated which allows for room for movement and makes it comfortable to wear. the belt wasn't as nice - I didn't like the colour and there were no belt loops to attach to the dress. but it looks good without! I am a short lady at 5ft1 and the length of this dress is just below my knee so for taller ladies it may go above the knee. I avoided reviewing straight away as I wanted to see how the dress washes and wears and I can report that the quality is great. the material is soft and easy to iron, hasn't lost shape or colour after many washes. overall for the price this dress is a real bargain. love it.
