WiltonPerformance Pans Aluminum 12-inch Round Cake Pan

I already try my new baking dish. And find it a very useful purchase. The bakery was even and non stick. The tray did not have any sign of defirmation or scratch after first use. However stay away from using any metal tools as recommended. I like that is large and round so I can bake anything including meat and vegetables. Very happy with the price too.

My wife uses these when baking her cheesecakes in a water bath! They are used several times a week and hold up extremely well! She loves These!

Very good 12 inch pans. Wasn't used to pans this large so it took a bit to learn bake times, but I'd buy these again. Very easy to clean by hand, nice baking results.

We really love this pan. Our group uses it to make cookie cakes and it bakes very evenly. It goes through many, many cycles and holds up well in the oven and dishwasher. We bought 10 pans. Wilton has changed their labels and the they came off beautifully. (The labels used to be impossible to get off.) The delivery from Amazon was fantastic and I would highly recommend seller. My only complaint is not being able to purchase more pans as they seem to be in limited supply.

Appreciate the straight sides for cleaner stacking of cake layers. They showed up with a few dings, but not bad enough to need to be replaced. I do wish that the rolled edge could be modified so that when washing water would not hold in there. Draining them at an angle helps but there is always a little left. As far as easy removal I can only speak to my practice of always lining the bottom with buttered parchment to always guarantee a clean removal of the cake.

I baked a special desert on this one for Ramadan (kenafa) and i can say that this was the only time i made it perfect and it was very delicious. Very easy to clean as well.

I've used Wilton pans for years and this one is as good as the first I owned. I had never used this size pan and was afraid that my cake may not turn out well. This was very important because I was baking my son's groom cake! After researching many, many, many cake recipes I settled on one and baked, baked, baked. Three layers of chocolate, two dark and one light. Every layer turned out moist and beautiful! The grooms cake actually turned out better than I had hoped.

Wanted a 12 inch diameter brass pan but settled for an aluminum pan of the same size.Will be using it to dry pan placer gold samples. There is magnetite in this ore, so a non-magnetic pan was required to do this task.

I love this pan living in The Toronto GTA I miss my Chicago Style Pizza. I am able to reproduce Pizzeria Uno's pizza crust with this. I think a 10" pan would also be good because you wouldn't have to stretch the doe as far.

Has slight scratch and very slight dent on the edge, hope not effect use

Good pan exactly as described. Its the lightweight kind of metal that you can scratch easily so need to be careful when washing.

Love it and love the size. We use these for more than just cake and it works great!
