Its overly long size, lack of comfort, low-quality fill, and dented cotton fibers resulted in an uncomfortable and unsupportive sleeping experience. I cannot recommend this pillow for individuals seeking a restful and comfortable night's sleep. Instead, I would advise exploring other options that offer better quality and support for a more satisfying slumber
