Cat Getting Out of a Bag and Other Observations Hardcover – March 8, 2007

After purchasing this book as a Christmas gift for a niece who loves cats, my young granddaughter saw it and fell in love with it. She instantly wanted to know why I hadn't gotten it for her, and wanted to explain each page to me. The pictures are really adorable and you will find yourself going, "Awww!" or laughing out loud.But, it is a little like people who can't stand children. They don't really see the awesome humor and sweetness in kids, until they have their own. If you never had a cat, you might not appreciate the little excursions into cat mentality, or that of the people who keep them. But, if you love the little aggravating critters, or know someone else that does, this is a great way to get or give a smile.

I'm not a CAT Lover bought it for a Cat Lover. Turns out I Found it funny and a good read too. Would recommend for anyone who wants a good laugh at some funny Animals.

I'm a huge Jeffrey Brown fan, so I obviously needed to have this book, too. Luckily, I'm also a cat person. I can see how this book would seem dumb to a reader who doesn't like cats, but if you own a cat, or have ever had a feline companion, you will enjoy this quick read. Makes a great gift or coffee table book/conversation piece.

If you have a cat, you'll really enjoy this and the fact that other cats do the crazy things your cat does, too. If you are not a cat owner, you will find this book extremely worthless. It won't make sense, and it won't make you smile.

We bought this book for our son who is a big fan of Jeffery Brown's star wars comics. It's a darling little book which captures the quirks of cats perfectly... but it's not quite as entertaining or funny as we expected.

This book is so funny if you ever owned a cat. You have to take it at face value, it's a comic book about a cat and what the cat does all day. People with cats get it, those without might get it and might not.Also, quick shipment and book came in pristine shape.

The graphics and text captured the personality and behaviors of a "typical" cat (if such a thing exists) in a way that was both hysterical and respectful. I don't have the words to say how much I enjoyed this, but I have purchased two hard copies as gifts for cat-loving friends. Mew rocks!

I bought this book along with the author's other book "Cats Are Weird" for my husband who loves cats and enjoys reading websites like "ICanHasCheeseburger". I was kind of disappointed. I would describe this book as cute and a little bit funny. If Would definitely recommend Simon's Cat instead of this book if you want to laugh out loud.

猫の何気ないしぐさや動作がリアルに描かれていて、「あるある」「やってる」とくすっとくる．シンプルな英語で、わかりやすい．そうかと思うと難易度高め単語が出てきて、なかなか英語の勉強をがんばらせてくれる．自分用のつもりで買ったが、リビングに置いておいたら中学生の娘にもっていかれた（笑）

As a cat lover and owner, this was a must have. It illustrates a lot of the things cat owners go through, and how silly cats can be.

ネコを飼ったことがある人なら誰でもきっと、こう思うと思います「これ、うちのニャンコもするー！！」「これも、するー！！」「するするするー！！」きっと、猫に興味がない人にはたまらなく退屈な漫画に思えてしまうのだろうけど、私はにやにやしながら読み始めて大爆笑の連続で読み終わりました。しかも、何回読み返しても、やっぱり笑っちゃいます。わたしは特に猫好きでもない人から紹介されましたが、一目で惚れて即購入、今は一番お気に入りの本の１冊です。猫好きな人へのプレゼントにもってこい、絶対に喜ばれるはずです！
