13" Professional Yoga Wheel - Turquoise

Finding something that would easily stretch and crack my back was a problem I was unaware had a solution. I went searching for a wheel like this after trying one belonging to a friend. Sooo very glad I did, as its helped my back more than expected!This item is extremely sturdy. While I haven't tested its claims to hold 500 pounds, it easily supports my plus-size frame with nary a wobble or a wiggle. The padding is deep enough to support the spine, while still allowing the firmness of the wheel to do its work. A few quick rolls of this after a long day of desk work and my back feels more relaxed.I'll be looking into a smaller diameter wheel for a more targeted approach on really tight spots. But overall, this has done its advertised job beautifully!

I have had this for a few months now and I don’t know how I got by without it before! I use it at least once a day. It releases the pain in my neck and back as well as alleviating the stiffness. I have noticed a lot more flexibility in my back since I first bought it too. At first I could barely use it at all. My back was just too stiff and it hurt. I continued to try a little every day and eventually I was able to lie in it completely. It took about a week. I absolutely love it!

500lb weight limit?!?! I’m less than 200lbs and it broke. Not the first time I used it but hasn’t even been 6months and it broke.

I highly recommend this for loosening (popping) backs, my wife has had 2 brain surgeries, before the surgeries she would pop my back, needless to say she doesn’t need to do that now, but this wheel works great. The only thing l would warn is be careful getting on the ground, at first I tweaked my wrist a little when twisting my body to get onto the wheel, now I go about it in a different way and it is great. I use it at least once a day.

I use it to crack my back at the end of the day. However, there are no words to describe the first back cracking, it left me feeling so relaxed, I felt all the tension leave my back and I was close to falling asleep on the floor (I was that relaxed). Another plus for this life changing circle of bliss, it is incredibly sturdy and well made. I would and have recommended it to others.

The plastic is very hard even with the padding. I find it too uncomfortable to use. I could not get my back to pop the 2 times I used it. I have recently purchased a back stretcher that is adjustable in height with hopes that it will be more comfortable and useful.

This thing is boss. All three of us used it right out of the box - a 46 year old about 240lbs, a 32 year old about 230 lbs, and a 20 year old about 120 lbs - and it made all of our backs feel amazing. Such a huge deep stretch, really opened the chest. Well worth the cost!

I purchased this to have around on days when my back is acting up and needs a good stretch. I've used it off and on for the last several months and this morning it broke. It states it supports up to 500lbs and I am 160lbs... At this point its too far past the return deadline and I have a worthless plastic wheel.
