Not perfect,
It was almost perfect. It still slips off like the others if you get urine on the glue.Need to add more glue in the box if they want It to sell product. One simple thing glue or some more sticky stuff. I believe this item would work if you take the time to realize you have a sell.

You can make them work.
I have used nine Men's Liberty External Catheters in my quest to find a men's external catheter that works. The bag is too small and is located in a very inconvenient place. It would be much better if you could attach them to a normal leg bag. Two of the bags have leaked - I walked home yesterday with a wet pants leg. :-( Very thin bags, if they get a fold in them they leak. The drain plug on the bag is designed terribly. You have to struggle to get it out and in the struggle you are going to spill the contents. There are much better designed drain plugs on catheter bags - Men's Liberty should adopt a better drain design. Its a shame - the set up has some good points but the weaknesses, sadly, outweigh the strengths.

Has good qualities and some concerns
After my radical prostatectomy in August of 2023, I have been using men's Depends and absorbent pads to try and take care of the urine leakage that is just part of the effects of the surgery. Diapers are a messy, embarrassing, and expensive solution that is not useful at all if you are very active. Going to the gym or playing 18 holes of golf is a constant trip to the bathroom to put in new pads or change the diaper when the absorbent pads fail to contain the urine. Going back to work full time after 5 weeks was really stressful and difficult due to constantly monitoring myself for leakage and wet pants. More than a few times the diapers and pads left me with soaked pants.I decided to try the Men's Liberty in hope that it would provide a better solution, and it does. The system definitely contains the inevitable leakage and is more convenient, as you are not constantly going to the bathroom to change pads or diapers. If you watch the YouTube videos that demonstrate the process for using the Men's Liberty system and adequately clean the area and use the supplied adhesive, leaks are eliminated. I had no issues with the unit staying attached and leak free all day even when playing 18 holes of golf on a 95 degree day. However, there are some issues that might make the Men's Liberty less than ideal for some men as it did for me.First off, the bag is uncomfortable when placed inside of your underwear. The bag is not small enough to fit anywhere comfortably mostly due to the length of the tube that is attached to your penis. It always tended to fall between the legs and rub a lot. Also, the temperature of the bag and urine is no laughing matter. On a hot day, outdoors and active, it is a sweat box down there. Indoors and taking it easy in a chair it is less of a problem, but if you're wanting to be outdoors and active there are better solutions such as a Cunningham Clamp. Also, getting them off at the end of the day is not all that easy. They offer an adhesive relaxer that I did not get so that might solve the problem. I used alcohol and it was not a joyful experience. My suggestion is to try one and see how it works for you. They are not cheap if you're going to use one every day. Apparently some health insurance will cover them. The Mens Liberty website says they will help to see if your insurance will cover them. Be aware that if you're active they might not be for you. But if you just need a temporary way to control urinary leakage for around the house, or if you have a desk job, and you can afford the expense or have insurance that will cover the Men's Liberty, then it a much better solution than diapers and absorbent pads.

Great device!
These work very well except for the small bag attached. It twists and closes off. I cut the bag off and attach a tube with large drainage bag.
