Perfect cup for me
This is my third different cup and I was beginning to feel like I was never going to get a suitable one! I found the Ruby cup by using the 'put a cup in it' quiz and then using their comparison chart to see the difference in my previous ones. I'm so pleased I did as this is the perfect fit for me and super easy to put in and take out. Its more expensive than other cups but as one also goes to charity it is well worth it. The bag is nice and the cup is easy to clean. I would recommend this cup, but also you need to bear in mind that everyone is different and so do your research and get to know what you need, before deciding on brand and size. Just deciding based on whether you have given birth or not is not enough! I wish I had found this one first as it is such a game changer getting the right cup.

Take the plunge and switch to a cup!
This is actually the second ruby cup I've bought. I've had such a good experience with my current one that I wanted another as spare. I found that the folding instructions ruby provide didn't work well for me but after some trial and error managed to find one that's comfortable for me - just youtube folding techniques, there are loads. When you first see the cup it may look intimidating as it's obviously a lot bigger than a tampon but trust me, you will never look back once you get used to wearing it!One thing I will say is that if you choose a lighter colour, it will become stained. Not that it really matters as nobody's going to see it other than you. I've just bought a black one for this reason as my current one is light blue and despite sterilising and washing thoroughly it has become stained.

Glad I gave it a second chance
I initially gave up and stuck with my cloth pads and tampons after a few issues with insertion but decided to give it another try when I had a particularly heavy month and so glad I did. I opted for the small size even though I've had 4 children and wouldn't want to go bigger.Pros.... No mess, no leaks, 8 hours of forgetting all about my period, easy once you've got the hang of it, can go to the toilet and only need to reposition it and no need to remove it which is a complete life changer for someone with inflammatory bowel disease. Comfortable and can barely feel itCons.... quite thick and hard to fold and insert at times, if you get the wrong angle it can press on your bladder, can be messy to reinsert if you're not able to wash the cup clean first eg in public toilets so I avoid changing it unless near a hand basinThis has been completely life changing, I wish I'd discovered cups sooner but now that I'm in perimenopause I'm looking for a softer brand due to dryness and cups not mixing well. I also think my daughter might struggle as a first time cup user with the Ruby cup so want to find something a bit smaller and softer to recommend to her so just purchased another brand to compare the two

Game changer..
I've just used this for the first time, I was a bit sceptical about it but I managed to put it straight in first time which I jumped for joy about.I'm so happy not to be using tampons/pads anymore after 22 years!...Anyone that is worried or sceptical like I was about changing to one of these, DON'T BE it's so easy to put in and take out. I sit on the toilet to take mine out so I can relax my muscles. You cannot feel it at all and makes me happy that I'm not generating any plastic waste by using it. Winner!

I love my ruby cup!!
I've been putting off buying another cup for a while after using a few different brands in the past and none seeming quite right for me.I was using cloth pads for the past 2 years and although I still love them, the convenience was not there.I truly can say I love my ruby cup. It's made my periods so much easier and stress free.I still haven't mastered using my cup at night but small steps and I'm sure I'll get there!

Lots of leakage
Bought the small ruby cup. Was hoping to replace my mooncup which I've had for 4 years successfully with no leakage. Since I've been using it I've noticed that every time I go to the bathroom there's leakage. It feels like the inside is folding because the silicone is not strong enough to hold its shape, hense the leakage. So disappointed as after reading all the reviews I was expecting this would be it for another few years. Wish I could return it lol

Amazing - would never go back
Found it difficult first few months as was completely unused to using a menstrual cup, but after encouragement from friends, I persevered and now I would never look back. Best choice was to just go for it and loved the ethical side of this brand as well as the opportunity to choose a colour other than white (which I knew would stain easily).

Where were you earlier, Ruby Cup?
One of the best decisions I made was to go ahead with buying the Ruby Cup.Believe me, this was not an easy decision. I had been researching on menstrual cups for a good 2-3 years before I finally took the plunge. And I did proper research before hitting upon the brand that I felt seemed most suitable for me. And it paid off!The small sized Ruby Cup is good for people with an average to slightly low cervix. The body of the cup is soft, yet sturdy enough to pop open once inside you. And the stem is soft even when cut to some extent. The cleaning is easy enough to do. And there is tremendous literature available online on how to insert and remove your cup, clean and store it, and generally how to incorporate it in your life. And the freedom! Have I talked about that? Once you properly wear a cup (thanks to my extensive research, it took me three hours to learn - including how not to push it close to the cervix because that can feel uncomfortable - but typically it could take up to 2-3 period cycles to learn as well), it "moulds" itself to your body. And you don't feel it! You. Do. Not. Feel. Your. Cup! I finally feel like all those people in pad / tampon advertisements who look like they are about to conquer the universe. What I also like about Ruby Cup is that for each menstrual cup that a person purchases, they donate one to a person who is in need of proper menstrual hygiene products. And they might be more expensive than a lot of options available in India, but they are a trusted brand around the world, and I am loving the experience of using their cup without having to test 2-3 more before finding my perfect fit!

Capiente, confortevole e bella!
Prodotto fantastico!
