I was surprised how cold the shaker can get, and how well it will hold the temperature! The cover for the shaker definitely comes in handy because sometimes it gets too cold to hold in my hands!

Good quality and very solid. I mainly used it for protein powder and sometimes for coffee and powered milk. So far no leaks or any issues. Also came with a bottle bush which made cleaning an easy job.
