Good solid bag but very good simple in construct. $85 is way to much for this bag. Think hard before buying. It's a good bag but it's very overpriced for what you get.

Overall it's a decent bag. However, the small front pocket needs a flap & buckle instead of a strap and snap. As is, the contents aren't secured and could fall out.

I have a lot of bags, both military surplus and new commercially made. Some are very good but they all seem to fall short in some way. This bag is a close to the perfect bag that I've found and the fact that it comes already waxed is just the icing on the cake.

I've owned this now for a couple of months and it's amazing! Makes a great urban edc bag that doesnt make you stand out like a tactical style sling bag. I use it as a messenger bag too while bike commuting. Works great as a day hike bag too and can easily be stuffed into a larger pack for longer outings. Really versatile and the construction is bombproof too. Dont hesitate to get one!
