Ricoh 821256 SP C840 Yellow Toner Cartridge,34,000 yield

Just opened my order from Spacebound and realized they were NOT OEM new. Returned to Amazon to see where I may have missed that these were NOT NEW but couldn't find any information. I can understand if I missed that information, however in the abscense of that inforatmion, I am disappointed. I am assuming that these are remanufactured as the original plastic insert was not located in the colored drums (but all the other packaging was attached) and there was a lot of toner all over the drums. With that said, I had to install them and they were accepted by our Ricoh 840 color printer. hopefully they will be useful and work effectively but will be purchasing another set for backup.

Items were defective causing other errors on the printer. call was made to a ricoh service center to have the printer looked at and we now have a $500 repair bill.
