Very well made belt. Mine is 7mm thick. Lots of support and feels very solid. The fit is perfect. Hardware is high quality also. Highly recommend is your a smaller framed gym like myself (175 lbs, 5'10", 33" waist).

I personally prefer leather belts over nylon. Needed a lighter, thinner, more flexible weight belt then my INZER lever-belt. Sometimes the MOST SUPPORT MECHANICALLY POSSIBLE isn't the right answer. Sometimes depending on how you need your body to move, like in a power clean or oly lift you need a thinner or more narrow belt. This belt fits that bill exactly. This is a lot of belt for the money and will last for years. Buy with confidence.Packaging, delivery, and timeliness were all good.

I have two other lifting belts, both of which are 4"....while these are fine for the squat, they are too bulky to get into a proper position on the deadlift....enter the 3" Starting Strength belt....all the support of my 4 inch belts, but way higher quality and the perfect size for deadlifts (and all other lifts). It's as if you can hear Mark Rippetoe himself shouting "BIG AIR!" in your ear as you pull while wearing it. Highly recommended for everyone who finds the standard belt sizes too large for DLs.

The belt fits great. Very high quality leather and workmanship. The buckle is solid, too. The 3” belt width is very comfortable vs. a 4” since the 4” wouldn’t fit well between my hip and rib cage. The 7mm thickness fees great for the press and dead lifts. It works well for squats, too, though I plan to purchase the 10mm version once my squat work set gets heavy enough.

My only thing is that it’s not wide enough in the back. Other than that, very good product.

you might think that just one prong is enough but it is. the seamless roller is a nice touch. very handsome product. I wear my belts TIGHT when i lift and i have to be careful how i position the belt on my body because it will pinch at the hips sometimes, but i think that will go away once the belt is a little more broken in. when you push HARD against this belt it doesn't give at all. my only criticism is that it isn't infinitely adjustable like a Velcro belt is; one hole might be just a little too loose and the next smaller hole is too small.

This is my first weightlifting belt, but this thing just oozes high quality. Quite simply, amazing. The leather is top quality, as is the workmanship.
