Bella Ginger Drink Concentrated (Strong) - 1 Litre

Thought it would be good but it is not. It is very weak and you need to add a lot. I will stick with Belvoir ginger cordial. Will not buy again.

Brought as a gift for my Ginger obsessed hubby. He loves ginger drinks, the stronger the better, fizzy or flat he just can't get enough of them......except this one. Firstly its not attractive in the bottle - brown, watery at the top and dark sludge at the bottom. Not matter how much you shake it you always end up with watery with powder consistancy. Secondly, It smells of not alot. I was expecting a hit of ginger as you unscrew the lid. well, you could snort this stuff and still not smell ginger! Thirdly, It tastes of ......sour. Thats it! A vague hint of ginger as an aftertaste but you've got to suffer sheer Citric Acid before you get there. Hubby even tried it neat out of the bottle - and still he said he couldn't taste ginger (although by the faces he was pulling he may have just disolved all the enamal off of his teeth LOL). It didn't even clean the drain as we poured the rest of the bottle down it!All in all an expensive way to not taste Ginger

I expected a great deal more from this. I can't recommend it and I won't be buying it again. Its has a ginger after-taste but not really a ginger taste which is strange even as I type it!

Mixed with Soda it's a delicious alternative to Ginger Ale! People have complained it's not strong enough, it's plenty strong enough, but I can't stress hard enough that it needs to be shaken, very well, before use. I've been adding a small amount from a shaken bottle to my drink then topping up with Soda, I wouldn't add it to Soda to make up a bottle as you wouldn't be able to shake it! Used like squash, it's gorgeous!! Very happy with it!

Really nice with lemonade and lime over crushed ice.Only one problem now can not get any more Amazon saying it not available now surly they could source an alternative some were.

I was very disappointed with this product. Though it had a ginger flavour, it wasn't great. Considering the sediment, I expected that once shaken, it would bring out the great ginger taste and most of all, the bite and fire of ginger. Sadly, it was not to be and after adding about a quarter Belvoir Farm ginger, it ruined even that great taste. There was, however, a hint of fire.A total waste of money, NOT recommended.

Plastic packaging is substandard, and the cap an extremely poor fit. I received an empty bottle with a loose (but still fitted) top, in a very wet carton. There was a kind of sludge left in the bottle, but it smelt like something chemical and I dared not stick my finger into it and get a taste.

I was put off by some negative reviews but I am glad I decided to buy. It has a really nice flavour and delivers a nice punch. I will be buying more.
