the bulbs that come with these lights are your average yellowed halogen bulb, but i replaced them with phillips crystal vision ultra's and man do these lights perform!! The light out put is phenomenal with these bulbs i can finally see ahead of me on the dark backroads that i drive everyday. the build quality of these lights is pretty decent for being the "one off" division of hella from china. the wiring harness is nicely made and was plenty long to mount in my car, the only thing i was dissapointed with is the led halo's the light output is more blue than white which is ok, but theres only 2 led's in each light so the bottom of the ring is washed out in color a little but they still look good! Don't plan on the angel eyes doing anything but giving the cool look effect because the light out put is super low, like i said there's only 2 led's in each light. Overall im very satisified with this product i would recommend it to anyone looking for a led halo ring/driving light combo, if the halo doesn't do anything for you then i would look at other lights as i think there are alternatives that would be as good if not better. Had them in my truck for about a month and a half and still going strong!!

Ordered these for my Iron cross bumper and they fit perfect. I read the reviews before purchasing and thought I could learn a thing or two about them and take others suggestions so I didnt have the same problems. Well.... I had the same problems and then some. I sealed all the edges before installing them and they still have moisture build up. During the install I had to extend the wire harness at the lights (1FT) since they wouldnt reach the light cut outs in my bumper, and then again in the cab in order to have the switch on the driver side (3FT). And now, the halo ring works but the lights themselves don't work and I've replaced the relay ($11 at napa) and trouble shot everything else with no joy. I even went the extra mile and used heat shrink on all the connections so I wouldnt have previously reported problems with moisture.When the lights worked they were amazing and did exactly what I wanted them to do. But after having them hooked up for only 3 wks and for them to just die, not so happy especially since the install was pretty in-depth with all the wire extensions(Not hard just time consuming). Now I have to try and return them and take more time to un-hook everything. 3 stars since they woked well when they did but quality is 1 star, very dissapointed in Hella for this product!

I had done a ton of research before selecting these lights, and I've installed driving lights before so I knew what to expect. Most customer feedback tells you the lights are great, but in most cases the wiring harnesses that come with the lights are far too short for comfort, espeically if you're installing them on a truck or SUV. But if you're relatively handy with adding lengths to electrical wiring, once they're installed they look good. Plenty bright enough to get you around dark country roads or snow covered highways. The other common complaint about the lights is moisture seeping in. I took the advice of one feedback and sealed the gap between the lens and the housing with RTV sealant and let it cure the night before installing them. So far I have not had any moisture inside the lens at all. We'll see after the winter season.Good lights for the money, as long as you can tweak a few things.

The product is okay she the money. When you spend less than 100 there isn't much room to complain.Brightness is that great but okay to not annoy other drivers.I do buy this every two years seeing it's how long it last because the bulb heats the glass immensely.Driving in snowstorms it's the two lights I can rely on to not have a sheet of ice building on top of it

Fortunately with the internet the instructions of install were located and I had to buy additional wire.Angel eyes wired into parking lamp and driving lights wired into high beams. They work really well. I would recommend these for your vehicle, however if you are willing to wait I would suggest sending them back if you get a used pair as I did. HELLA should have known to at least check for all the parts prior to shipping. I can only hope they are not the ones from the other review that gets water in them. If I ever order from Hella again I will think twice.

Excellent for Tahoe Z71 2002, Round Fog LightsIf you have a Tahoe 4X4 with the round fog lights, this will be the best replacement that you can find.You will be able to use the original mounting brackets, with some light modifications, you need to work a little bit with a file, and a vice grip. But it much less work than any other thing that I researched.The light is bright, and far reaching, once you install this ones you will never put back the original factory lights.Cables and fuses are working without issues or modifications with this higher output lights

Had to make major modification to OEM fog light holder without any major problem. However, the halo light is not very bright during daylight hours. Fog lights are brighter than OEM. Just wish there was a brighter option with same brackets.

I used these on my motorcycle, Not exactly what I needed but I like the look and they are bright enough. You can set low beam to one and high for both to give you a bit more light and angle it up a bit higher.

I've bought aftermarket driving lights before from other companies for other vehicles and I always seem to have laundry lists of problems within a couple of days. These ones (from other reviews I've seen) have slight moisture problems, so before installation I made sure they were sealed with my own coat of silicone. Install was super quick, this kit even comes with a proper fused and relayed wiring harness (I was surprised by this, it wasn't mentioned anywhere on the product description). Maybe a half hour tops to drill the mounting holes and run the wiring. These driving lights now put my HID low beams and high performance high-beams to shame.Easy install. Super Bright. Couldn't be happier.

Exactly what I needed to replace a fog light on our Motorhome.

It popped up as being a match for my car (Honda Element) but does not fit, since I siliconed them already, I cannot return, only reason being a bad review.
