Lots of good ideas, but could be better
I was expecting more of a book of recipes, but this book is mostly just a list of snack ideas, mostly using ingredients that you probably have around the house. Which is actually kinda nice: most "health food" snack cookbooks include lots of obscure powders or juices that cost a lot and you're never going to use again. Most of the snacks in here are pretty basic and simple, and it's helpful that she lists the calories.I gave it three stars for three reasons: 1) I do wish there were a few more recipes (instead of relying on quite so many store-bought dips and granola bars etc); 2) I'm guessing this was originally an ebook, because an awful lot of the snack ideas say "click here to see the full recipe," which really doesn't work in a published book and I'm not entirely sure how to find what she's directing me to; 3) although she does say which ingredients are sponsored content, I'm not sure I'd qualify all of them as particularly healthy... Nutrigrain bars are full of sugar, palm oil, and are exactly the sort of fake-healthy snacks I want to move my family away from by making more of our own snacks.It was inexpensive enough that I don't regret buying it, and it's nice to have a list of ideas, but it's probably better in ebook format.

The best part of Sarah's book is how easy and quick most of these snacks are to make! There is a such a good variety and great ideas for when you're at home, work or out. I highly recommend this recipe book, it's a great tool for keeping up with those New Years resolutions!

Snacking for the next year
Who would ever think that there can be that many snacks, one for every day of the year? Being a registered dietitian nutritionist like Sarah and a snacker myself, I appreciated this book. I sat for an unusually leisurely lunch reading every recipe and it's going to be so hard to decide which ones to make first and which will be my favorite. I can't wait to invite friends for dinner and make a snack menu for them instead of a sit-down meal. Our friends like to hang out around the island with drinks and talking and we always end up filling up on chips or pretzels then sitting for dinner and that puts a damper on the evening. I've already picked a few favorites for myself to start snacking my way through tomorrow. And one the best features is that there's a list of healthy, nutritious snacks to get at the convenience store (terrific for me when leave town for work and have to stop for food), and sweet snacks that will make good desserts.

Awesome and tasty reference for anyone who snacks!
I love that Sarah combines as many food groups as possible in each snack to maximize the nutritional punch. There are tons of fruits and veggies, nuts, beans, low and nonfat dairy in clever combinations. This book is a handy reference for anyone who snacks because there is something for everyone whether you need something to grab and go, a quick and easy snack pairing or a product recommendation to pick up in a grocery or convenience store. I would have never thought of some of these wonderful snacks and I'm going to use this as a resource for many years to come.

365 Days of Skinny Snacks!!
I’m always traveling for work. As much as I try to plan ahead, it's tough when you're gone back to back for weeks on end to pack enough nutritious and delicious foods! Thus, I need to rely on finding snacks that will stay safe in my bag or when I’m out. Boy, that is a challenge! Luckily, thanks to Sarah and this book, I now have a snack choice that I know it a-okay for me 365 days a year!! I highly recommend you picking up your copy before they run out!
