It really ZOOMS into an area so you are flicking back and forth a lot, especially when route planning; on the other hand great for detail and has good separate route planner pages too. So overall, a very good buy and for the money a complete steal!

Makes a great souvenir, you can mark the places you have seen even if you have satnav. It’s brilliant when the phone batteries fail and Tomtom becomes Mormot

Just what I wanted - when I get lost in France at least I will be able to find my way out again!

The maps are good and the size is more like the old Michelin BUT the paper needs to be a little heavier quality it can too easily tear.
