Glad it’s not plasticGet some of these and they’re great for soups as well as takeout ramenI love the fact that it has the hook to not fall into the bowl or container. I agree with the other reviews saying it’s a little pricey for two spoons, even though the quality is great. I know Amazon seller fees are high and they have to cover free shipping, but still.

I wanted some of these to put in my lunch box for when I have soup or stew. The perform as advertised, nothing fancy, just functional. Good stuff.

i usually buy this brand at my local asian store but i wanted to get this particular jumbo ramen style hope it will be better at not sliding into my bowl. yes it does just that! however the price could be better. jumbo not really larger surface for containing my soup compared to their other jumbo spoon which are cheaper. just for the hook im paying a little too much more.

Exactly what I was looking for. Zebra brand delivers with great quality. The spoons are sturdy and thicker than the shorter versions. The hook at the end of the handle works great for stopping the spoon from falling into your bowl. I only wish there were more than 2 spoons to a pack.

Holds more than a typical table/soup spoon (0.4oz) or teaspoon (0.2oz). Excellent for stews/soups for people who are frustrated with typically tiny bites of Western style tableware. Eating a meal shouldn’t be so inefficient!They could use a once over around the edges with a grinder after being stamped out, but nothing so bad they’re dangerous to use.

I had a se t of these that are ceramic and the handle felt so small. These are sturdier and have a longer handle so I have been using these more often. I enjoy having these for soup and would definitely purchase them again. Even my daughter has tried to take off with one.

So...I’ve become somewhat of a spoon fanatic. I have been searching for my perfect soup spoon.I have a similar Zebra spoon that I like...but it is too short and can slip into the soup which requires fishing it out and cleaning it.I like the melamine spoons, but wanted stainless steel.I think this is the fourth spoon I have purchased, and it is so far my favorite. I was looking for stainless steel, generous volume and long enough handle so it wouldn’t slip into the soup if I let it go.It is long enough, the spoon has a generous...spoon part to scoop up enough soup and it has a hook at the end so it can’t slip into the soup. Fits my criteria.Zebra makes good stuff. I have spoons, bush pots and pans made by them and am happy with all of them.Recommend these spoons Great for soups, stews and camping.
