I am still taking this to see what I think about the results been taking for 1 1/2 mos. I stopped taking it for a few days and the hot flashes returned and I felt miserable just like BEFORE I started the Adrenal Boost. Haven't lost weight as hoped, but do feel it has balanced some of the middle age woman symptoms. Going to keep taking it t see how things go from summer to winter.

Used it for a month now and I feel my energy and health getting better. Sleep well and feel better every day. I work 7 days a week and I keep going. I bought this product in search of Rodiola-ashwaganda and Siberian ginseng which I know the benefit of( energy and hormone balance- cortisol suppressor with increase testosterone with inner fat suppressor - bags under your eyes which I don't have anymore and is a sign of adrenal fatigue- )..and much more and I found those in this product. I would recommend this product if you have bags under your eyes and want to regain your hormone balance and energy

I was a little unsure of buying this due to the limited number of reviews, but have been quite happy with the results. I generally take one in the morning and one after lunch and find that it provides me with a subtle boost of energy, focus and well-being without any jitteriness.For myself, I consider this effective as a mild nootropic, which was my goal. In the sense that it improves well-being and focus, it helps to reduce stress somewhat.The tablets are not too large, have an slightly vanilla-ish taste, and they can be broken in half for smaller doses.

Going to try this product due to adrenal fatigue causing not being able to get to sleep.for quite awhile sometimes til 3 am. Test showed adrenals in reverses I'll let uk ow just received it thanks. Anyone else have this problem?
