My Italian mother broker her shoulder and couldn’t make homemade lasagna noodles for Christmas. She had me order these noodles and she loved them! She is extremely picky so this is a huge compliment!

Not your Nona's lasagna noodle
Tried this for lasagna and it didn't work well. However I rescued it by boiling it to limpness, dried it, then ran it through mypasta machine. In this form it makes really good linguine and ravioli.

I dislike this product, I ordered FRESH pasta sheets, not sheets I have to boil. I will keep these even though I am totally disasisfied.
